Wootton is a most attractive village surrounded by arable land and is known locally for its large pond situated towards the eastern end of the village.
There are approximately 500 residents in the parish of Wootton and the village benefits from a village hall, a primary school, a public house known as The Nags Head and the Anglo Saxon Church of St Andrews.

Transport Services for Wootton
The 450 bus service terminates on 29th August 2020. It will be replaced on the 7th September by the new Just Go service which is a much improved Call Connect.
Users can download the app at https://www.justgonorthlincs.co.uk or book their journeys on 01483 592959. The app should be available later this month.
People will be able to make bookings from 31st August for a 7th September start.
The existing Call Connect service will be available until 7th September.
